Apple has released its first iPhone app. Named ‘Move to iOS’, it does exactly what it says on the tin by helping poor, lowly Android users level up to iOS.
It uses a closed Wi-Fi circuit created by your iOS device to transfer your data between the handsets
This may be Apple’s first Android app, but it won’t be the last - the company has plans to bring its Apple Music app to its competitors’ app store too.
Although released less than 24 hours ago, the app already has 2,750 one-star reviews.
If that doesn’t put you off, the free app is available on Google Play now - but you’ll need to be running Android 4.0 or above (and have an iOS device to transfer to).
