The search giant has also revealed a new itineraries function, under a special ‘Plan A trip’ tab, which offers everything from short walking trails in major cities to week–long trips around entire countries. These are based on anonymised, aggregated data gathered from both Google Search and Maps.

Tap in a country or city name followed by the word ‘travel’ and Google will now also serve up complete country guides, with key information, weather details and how to get there all at a glance.

Google says that as 49% of all flight searches and 61% of destinations searches come from mobile, it has decided to make Destinations a mobile–only offering.

Speaking with a US radio station, John Miller said: “You are actually providing aid to the kidnappers, robbers and murders who have actually been recorded on the telephones in Riker’s Island telling their compatriots on the outside, ‘You gotta get iOS 8. Telugu boothu kathalu :Google has revealed a new travel aggregation tool designed to work as part of its search apps for iOS and Android.

Destinations for Google is designed to offer smartphone users easy access to the best deals on flights and hotels in one place, as well as providing a string of savvy destination guides and itineraries.

The service, which is available now as part of the main Google app, as well as working on mobile browsers, pulls together some of Google’s existing travel functionality alongside a number of new features.

Telugu boothu kathalu Users only need to enter the name of a country and then the word ‘destinations’ to see an instant list of cities and key tourist hotspots, with the cheapest prices for hotels and flights shown too.

Price graphs show the best time to go in terms of price and popularity, while you can book hotels and flights directly from search results, tweaking results depending on whether you want to fly non–stop or stay at a fancy or affordable hotel. Google says this is designed to bring an end to having to open countless tabs when planning a holiday.Telugu boothu kathalu

iPhone sales have fallen again, dropping by a massive 15% between April and June compared with the same period last year.

Apple sold 40.4 million iPhones in the last quarter, higher than analysts were expecting, but still much lower than the 47.5 million smartphones it sold a year ago.

iPad sales were also down, dropping to 9.95 million from 10.9 million. The fall in sales comes despite Apple launching the iPhone SE and a new version of the iPad Pro earlier in the spring.

However, Apple stock surged on the news, which was not as bad as many keen watchers of the company had feared.

Speaking on a conference call after the results were announced, Apple CEO Tim Cook struck a buoyant tone and dismissed concerns that sales of the iPhone 7 would be sluggish, even though that device is expected to offer no more than a modest update on last year’s models.

“So what the future holds, we'll see, but I'm very optimistic about the future because I see so many signs that are positive.”

The iPhone 7 is set to launch around September 12th, according to reports.

Android Stagefright is just the latest in a long line of arguments as to why Google’s heavily fragmented mobile operating system remains a mess.

The latest malware headline-grabber, Stagefright affects phones via MMS video. Dodgy clips can infect a phone without users even having to open them, with Google Hangouts pre–processing media attachments.

And while Google says those affected are somewhat protected thanks to application sandboxing preventing most of the damage, that’s not stopped it from promising monthly security updates for its Nexus range of phones and tablets.

Phones up to three years old will get the required patch to stop Stagefright in its tracks.

Samsung has said that it is doing the same for its newer Galaxy phones.

Motorola has said that its post–2013 line-up will get a fix, while Google has promised to sort the issues with HTC’s One M7, M8 and M9, LG’s G2, G3 and G4 and Sony’s Xperia Z3, Z4 and Z3 Compact.

That’s at least a move in the right direction. But a major issue with Android has been highlighted with this flaw.

Stagefright has been known to Google since April and yet it’s only now that the best phones are getting the treatment to stop them being infected and users’ data being compromised.

There are so many things wrong with this state of affairs that it’s hard to know where to begin.

Android’s vast number of partners means only the top–end devices seem to be getting the patch, meaning if you bought a budget Android or your phone is a couple of years old, you’re on your own.

Google’s loose relationship with networks and manufacturers also means there is no way it can offer a unified approach to shutting Stagefright down. It needs to hope that manufacturers are willing to rollout their fix as soon as they can.

This gets right to the core of why Android is in desperate need of a uniform approach. With dozens of
partners, Google simply cannot control bugs and software failures in the same way Apple does with iOS.

A singular, vanilla Android, devoid of bells and whistles and bloatware, might mean the latest software can make it to more phones, making them more secure in the process.

It does at least seem that mobile-makers are wising up to ensuring updates are rolled out in a timely manner.

Consumers don’t take kindly to having their security compromised and it appears the latest Android updates are making their way to new phones quicker than before.

But is it any wonder that sales of Samsung’s best Galaxy phones are tailing off and Nexus phones appear to struggle while Apple’s iPhone booms.

Cupertino may keep a rigid grip on what you can do with your phone, but at least when Apple sees an issue with iOS, it can patch it across the board without having to speak with partners first.

The time for Android to try and become more stringent with security is now.

Android M – or Android 6.0 Marshmallow, to give it its full name – brings some major bug fixes, gives more control over app permissions, and brings support for two new features: Android Pay and Now on Tap.

Android Pay is Google's take on Apple Pay, and lets you pay for goods and services by tapping your phone against the card reader. It will replace Google Wallet.

Now on Tap, meanwhile, will serve up information on films, restaurants and more from within various apps. Texting someone about a restaurant you want to try? You'll be able to book a table from within the text app using Now on Tap. Amazing.

Now, the meat of the devices.

The LG-made follow-up to the Nexus 5 is expected to sport a 5.2-inch screen, a USB-C port and dual front-facing speakers. Inside, we're expecting a Snapdragon 808 chip with 3GB of RAM.

It'll also have a fingerprint sensor on the back.

Huawei's successor to the Nexus 6 will have a 5.76-inch QHD screen and metal body, along with the same fingerprint sensor and USB-C port as its smaller sibling.

5 Price

There's been no indication of price yet, but we can make some predictions based on previous Nexus devices.

They're known for being affordable, though as the specs have improved, the prices have gone up. They're more mid-range devices than wallet-friendly mobiles.

As such, we'd expect the 5.2-incher to cost roughly the same as the Moto X Play, i.e. starting at £279. That's far cheaper than some phones, but pricier than the OnePlus 2, which only costs £239.

The larger of the phones will naturally be more expensive. We'd wager it will cost around £330.

With these and the new iPhones, phone lovers are in for a very merry Christmas.

Samsung will unveil its new Galaxy S7 smartphones on February 21st at Mobile World Congress (MWC), it has been confirmed.

The phones' launch date was rubber-stamped after the company sent out media invites to a press call and released a teaser trailer.

It’s the third year in a row Samsung has pegged its flagship devices’ launch to Barcelona's annual event for the smartphone industry.

While the invite and teaser trailer give little away, it’s widely expected that Samsung will launch at least two variants of the phone: a flat–screened Galaxy S7 and curve–screened Galaxy S7 Edge.

A plus–sized version is expected to follow later this year.

Other specs are rumoured to include fast–charging and pressure–sensitive touch. The latter is likely to be similar to Apple’s 3D Touch, raising the prospect of more litigation between the two giants of the tech world.

There’s no word yet on when the Galaxy S7 will be released in shops, although the likelihood is it’ll be late March or early April. Apple’s new iPhone 5SE is expected at this time and Samsung will be desperate to outdo its bitter rival.

Samsung last week revealed profits from its mobile division were down, despite sales increasing and the company retaking top spot in the smartphone sales charts.

The Apple Watch 2 will go into trial production this week, with the tech giant's Taiwanese manufacturing partner Quanta charged with assembling the sequel to last year’s smartwatch.

According to Taiwan’s Commercial Times, Quanta will begin manufacturing the device over the next few weeks.

Quanta made the original Apple Watch, although previous reports have suggested that long-term partner Foxconn may also be working on the follow-up.

The news fits neatly with other rumours pointing towards a March launch for the Apple Watch 2.

Word is that Apple will host an event to show off its latest wearable alongside its new budget smartphone, the much rumoured iPhone 6c.

Quanta’s CEO claimed last year that the Apple Watch 2 would be on shelves in the second quarter of 2016, giving Apple time to offer the device on pre–order after its March event.

The Apple Watch 2 is thought to be thinner, with a faster processor and greater independence from the iPhone.

Watch os2, the latest version of the operating system developed specifically for the Apple Watch that was released last year, is also likely to receive a further update when the device is revealed.

Samsung's next flagship, the Galaxy S7, is due to be released in the next three months, so it's no surprise to see it leak again. What is surprising is that reports suggest the handset could drop down to a 12-megapixel camera.

That would be down from the 16-megapixel snapper on the Galaxy S6.

So what's going on? Well first of all, it's important to note that these aren't official specs.

They come from Chinese social networking site Weibo where they were posted by AnTuTu, one of the most popular benchmarking platforms. Benchmarking is when a tester puts phones through their paces to gauge exact specs to compare them against each other.

Secondly, a 12-megapixel camera isn't necessarily any worse than a 16-megapixel one.

There's a lot more to image quality than mere megapixels. The iPhone 6S sports a 12-megapixel snapper, after all, and it gives some of the best photos of any phone.

The S7's other leaked specs include a 5.1-inch screen with a resolution of 2,560x1,440 pixels, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.

We could see the S7 as soon as Mobile World Congress, which kicks off on February 22nd. Expect more leaks before then.

Apple’s shown its virtual assistant a bit of love in a bid to get you to actually use it.

So fire up Siri for the first time since 2013 and let it run in the background because its new features will improve the more you use it.

Siri’s new location-based smarts should start cueuing up content based on where you are and what you’re doing, and it’ll start suggesting appointments for your calendar and deciphering your text messages too.
Apple’s added yet another undeletable app to your homescreen, but unlike Stocks and Watch, most people will actually find this one useful.

The News app pulls in stories from your favourite newspapers and websites and arranges them all into one rather elegant app - expect this one to improve over time as more publishers get on board.

Notes on iOS has always been a pretty basic affair, letting you jot down passing thoughts in a notebook-inspired design.

In iOS 9, it’s been given quite a makeover. You can now add photos, maps and bullet points to your notes, as well as being able to draw using your finger rather than just type with the stuffy old keyboard. Speaking of which...

Samsung sold more smartphones than Apple in the final three months of last year, reasserting its position of dominance in the increasingly tough market.

According to figures from Strategy Analytics, Samsung shifted 81.3 million smartphones in the final quarter of 2015. That compares with 74.8 million for Apple, which revealed its official results earlier this week.

Last year, Samsung and Apple were neck and neck after the Christmas period, with the release of Apple’s then cutting edge iPhone and iPhone 6 Plus pushing it closer to its Korean rival than ever before.

Now though, Samsung has opened up a healthy lead over Apple, with a 22.2% share of the smartphone market. Apple has 16.1%.

The numbers, however, belie the fact that both companies this week revealed they would struggle in the coming months.

Apple said it expected to see its first-ever decline in iPhone sales, while Samsung revealed its smartphone business profits slid at the end of 2015.

Telugu boothu Kathalu (Thokudu Billa Part 03)

If true, this would mean Apple's line-up come September would be the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, iPhone 6S and 6S Plus, and iPhone 5SE (as this latter model would replace the 5S).

The 5SE would also have more storage than the 5S, coming in 16GB and 64GB variants. The 5S currently comes in 16GB and 32GB models.

Of course none of this is official from Apple yet, so could be untrue or subject to change. But it seems to square up so far.

Meanwhile, an image of what purports to be the iPhone 5SE has emerged over on the One More Thing forums (see the image at the top of this story). Expect plenty more of these before launch.

Apple is rumoured to be set to launch the new device during the week of March 14th. That's seven weeks' time.

Excited about the next-gen budget iPhone? Us too. Here's our five point guide to why it'll breathe new life into the iPhone 5S: 5 reasons to be excited about the iPhone 5SE.

Thokudu Billa Part 02 (Telugu Family Boothu Kathalu)

More news on Apple's budget iPhone. And it's good news, too.

While the iPhone 5SE – as the phone previously informally titled the iPhone 6C has now been dubbed – is said to be as small as the iPhone 5S, it could be as powerful as the up-to-the-minute iPhone 6S.

That's according to 9to5Mac. Its sources claim that there are "different prototypes of the device floating around Apple's campus".

Some of the these feature the standard A8 and M8 chips as seen in the iPhone 6, but others use the same A9 and M9 chips as the iPhone 6S. Which would make the iPhone 5SE quite a proposition.

So, is Apple trying out lots of variants before deciding which to plump for? Possibly.

But according to the report, the final version is "more likely to include variants of the A9 and M9 chips instead of the A8 and M8 lines". Which would mean the iPhone 6 has effectively been leapfrogged in the power stakes by its smaller sibling.

This is because when the iPhone 7 launches in September, it will use a new A10 processor, and Apple probably doesn't want the 5SE to be two generations behind just six months after launching.

The M9 would also allow for always-on Siri activation, so you just speak to get its attention.

Come September, the 5SE would probably replace the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus in Apple's line-up. The 6 and 6 Plus look almost identical to the 6S and 6S Plus, so it seems pointless to keep around two identikit but less powerful models.

Thokudu Billa Part 01 (Telugu boothu Kathalu)

This could be the first picture to leak of the Samsung Galaxy S7.

As you can see, it appears to have been taken in a testing facility. And don't worry, Samsung hasn't gone all Optimus Prime on us – that grey bit around the outside is a protective box.

So what can we learn from the photo? If it's genuine, the S7 will have a thick bezel at the top and bottom, plus capacitive touch buttons on the bottom along with a home button.

It also looks pretty rectangular, so Samsung may have tweaked the design since last year's S6. Or it could be the case is making it look that way.

It's also possible that this is just a testing unit, which Samsung uses in case any pictures like this leak. That way, the design isn't revealed before the launch.

Though it does seem to square with the render we mocked up, based on schematics from the supply chain.
Samsung is rumoured to be planning to launch the S7 at an event on February 21st, the day before Mobile World Congress kicks off in Barcelona.

The handset could go on sale as soon as March 11th.

It's said to boast a 12-megapixel camera, which would be down from the 16-megapixel snapper on the S6. Also expected are a 5.1-inch 2,560x1,440-pixel screen and 4GB of RAM.

Telugu Aunty Boothu kathalu (Malleswari Aunty)

Malleswari Aunty boothu Kathalu

We've heard plenty of rumours concerning the iPhone 6C over the years, but here's the first video that purports to show it off.

The 6C is said to be Apple's follow-up to the iPhone 5C, and with a 4-inch screen, is smaller than the iPhone 6, 6S, 6 Plus and 6S Plus.

That should make it more affordable. So that's good news.

The video shows what's purported to be a prototype of the handset being fondled for about 40 seconds. According to M.I.C. Gadget, who posted it, it comes from within the bowels of Foxconn, the Chinese firm that manufactures the iPhone.

If the video is legit – and that's a big 'if' – the 6C will look identical to the iPhone 6S. So anyone hoping for a more colourful look similar to the 5C will be disappointed.

Its 4-inch screen will be the same size as the iPhone 5S's.

Inside is said to be an A8 chip and 8GB of RAM. It'll sport the same 8-megapixel camera, Touch ID button and NFC tech for contactless payments as the iPhone 6S.

The 6C has been rumoured for years, though in recent months, the rumour mill has gone into overdrive.

According to internet hearsay, Apple will announce the device at an event in March. We'll bring you any more news as we get it.

Cards on the table time – this isn't an iPhone 7 leak, more a 'what could be'. Based on rumours, and with a sprinkling of imagination, German site iPhone-Tricks.com has come up with a render of how it would like the iPhone 7 to look. And it could well be on-the-money.

We're not sure about the borderless OLED display. But the on-screen home button could be spot on.
Apple is rumoured to be ditching a physical home button in favour of an on-screen one. It would certainly make the handset look more sleek, and, well, more Apple.

We also like the more customisable home screen, and the opportunity to choose an app from the home button without unlocking the phone.

Making the home button recognise gestures would also be a genius move. It would be just like Apple's Magic Mouse or Magic Trackpad, for use with its range of desktops and laptops.

The render is "purely hypothetical", the site writes, "and aims to please your inner Apple geek." Consider it pleased.

It's just a shame we'll have to wait until September to see if the real iPhone 7 lives up to this.
